most significant God. He is Supreme God
and called as Gods of God. He is seen as Yogi in most of His images and
worshipped everywhere. He is known as the destroyer among three Tridev Gods. He
is epitome of Love. We always find pictures of Lord Shiva in meditation form.

Goblin all of them also worship Shiva.

must know about different symbols associated with Lord Shiva and must familiar about
its significance.

1. The Ganga:
The Ganges signify the flow of scriptural teachings
from one generation to next.
2. The Moon:
The moon
symbolizes that lord is timeless.
3. The Third Eye:
The third
Eye symbolizes destruction of evil and ignorance, if opened it reduces the
person invision to ashes.
4. The Serpent:

signifies ego which once mastered can be worn as an ornament.
5. Rudraksha:

denote purity.
6. The Tiger Skin:
Lord Shiva
wear Tiger skin. It symbolizes fearlessness
7. The Drum:

symbolize sound representing the words from Vedas.
8. Trident:

represents the three powers- Knowledge, Desire and Implementation.
