Why is it necessary to awake early in the morning?


BENEFITS OF WAKING UP EARLY IN THE MORNING 

Our elders always recommend us to wake up early in the morning. We hate to do this because we like to live in our comfort zone. Zone, which we find soothing and comfort at the time. Some zones are not comfortable at the time, but they will comfort us later on. Similarly, we hate hearing these words from our elders  to get up early in the morning. At the time when we lie on the bed we find it difficult to get up but suddenly when we leave our bed and come out to the reality we recognize the actual fact of the life. 

Waking up early in the morning


By getting up early in the morning, not only human, each and every organism get access to beauty, health, age, personality, etc. Its function becomes beautiful like a lotus, so awakening in the early morning is beneficial for whole human life.

Student Life:

At present, students awake during the night. But Vrahm Muhurt sleeps during sunrise, it is neither suitable for health nor for teaching or learning.  Stay awake till late night, is not beneficial for human/student life but getting up early in the morning, provide lot of benefit to human/student life. At that time, our mind is active and in fresh mood and ready to grasp everything in a pinch.

Early to bed and Early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise : A Poem


We all know about this fact since our childhood (when we sang the lyrics of the poem "Early to bed and Early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise" in our school. Remember....) That time we don't know the exact meaning of our poem but now we grown up and better familiar about the advantage of getting up early in the morning.

Composition of Air

In our Earth atmosphere, air consists of: 


  • (oxygen) 21 percent
  • (Carbondioxide) 6 percent 
  • (Nitrogen) 73 percent 

          Total Sum = 100

This is the order of the air all day, but in the morning and evening, there is a transition, there is some changes in this sequence. With the Sunset, oxygen  gets tired from its natural level and the life force of humans becomes weak. The need for relaxation needs to be experienced. Similarly, with the sunrise in the morning, it is natural to rise in that air level, so if a person consumes that air by forcing his sleep away from, this time his health will be better.

This is the only original mantra of healthy and long life.

 Early to go bed early to rise, make a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
