WHY SHOULD NOT THE EMPTY STOMACH REMAIN IN THE MORNING?

After waking up in the morning,  we should never keep stomach empty for longer period of time.

Hello friends!  Everyone was talking about what to eat on an empty stomach why you should not work out on an empty stomach and many more things like this.  Today I have taken a topic,  why should we never leave our stomach empty after waking up in the morning.


Why should not the empty stomach remain in the morning?



When you sleep at night and when you wake up in the morning, then the interval between them is very long and if you do not take any thing to eat even after getting up in the morning, it adversary effect your digestive system, due to which there is a problem of gas, acid and constipation in the stomach.


EAT SOMETHING
Even if you are not eating breakfast properly and you are very lazy in eating lunch or dinner, it also causes your stomach and intestines to shrink and also can cause dysentery.

The body also needs energy to do its work. And when you remain empty stomach, then it does not get that energy, which causes the level of blood sugar to fall.

Research has found that if you do not take breakfast in the morning, then hunger is also getting more in the day, which makes some people eat more and it is also a major cause of weight gain.

It has been reported in many research that when people shy away from breakfast in the morning, they increase the risk of heart attack 27% and type 2 diabetes increases by 54%. The level of sugar is affected by the empty stomach and due to the control of the sugar, there is a hormone discharge in the body, due to which blood pressure increases and migraine can also be attacked.

Your body start feeling tired due to not having breakfast in the morning as a result everyone start calling you. "Lazy"

Many other diseases like hair fall, weakness, irritation, yellowing of the face and lack of memory also occur just because not having your stomach full in the morning.

So,  always eat something in the morning and never leave your stomach empty.


What to have on an Empty Stomach ?


You can prefer to have first thing  in the morning, A Glass of  Water. 

Drinking normal water on an empty stomach after waking up in the morning play major role in keeping your body fit and energetic.

If you start eating some fruits on an empty stomach, it helps in building up your immune system. It will provide you ample of energy that you need. 


For a healthy lifestyle you should avoid keeping your stomach empty in the morning.  Before leaving to office or work, always have morning breakfast. After that you'll be energized  for work.
